The ottoman takes the same cushion as the sofas, layered foam over felt with a soft fibre wrap on top. It stands 43cm tall, level with the sofa seat, so the two line up when pushed together. Piping outlines the edges, and a plinth carries it clear of the floor.

A pulled stitch detail crosses the top in the same way as the seat cushions. The cushion cover is not removable, but the filling is lined inside.

Are the seat cushions on the Model 02 Sofa reversible?

The seat cushions can be rotated 180 degrees end-to-end to even out wear, but are not designed to be flipped top-to-bottom. The base is solid/slatted rather than sprung.

Are the bolster cushions on the Model 02 Sofa fixed or removable?

The bolster cushions are loose - they simply rest on the sofa and can be removed freely if you prefer.

Does the Model 02 Sofa come in a narrow depth version?

No - we don't currently offer a narrow depth version of the Model 02 Sofa. All configurations are designed with a standard depth to ensure comfort and support.

Do I need to be in to receive delivery?

Yes - someone must be present. You'll receive a 2-hour window the evening before, and the delivery team will call 30-60 minutes before arrival.

What warranty comes with Swyft products?

All sofas come with a 15-year frame warranty and a 2-year fabric warranty. These cover manufacturing faults — not accidental damage or misuse.
